Quality Assurance Policy


PASS management and employees are committed to the quality of the services supplied and stated quality objectives.

We will maintain a quality management system to meet our customer’s total quality requirements, based on ISO 9001 standards.

We will continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system by periodic review of the performance objectives as outlined in our quality policy and documented in our quality assurance manual.

We will provide management and employee review of all policies for continued suitability and improvement.

Our technicians, engineers and support personnel are knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated to providing first class services that are safe, reliable and on time; that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and objectives.

The PASS quality policy provides a benchmark to measure our performance both internally and externally.  The policy holds the organization accountable by confirming our quality objectives have been met and continuous improvements can be formally demonstrated.
